Welcome to Gokhale and Associates – a law firm started by Mr. Avinash Gokhale and Mrs. Shruti Gokhale. Gokhale & Associates is a full-service Law Firm primarily dealing with Civil law, providing a one-stop solution for all your legal needs! Located at Marine Lines near the Police Commissioner's Office, we have excellent connectivity to all Courts.
Founded in 2017, Gokhale & Associates began as a focused legal practice with a clear vision: to provide principled, high-quality legal services grounded in integrity and professionalism. We operate from two strategic locations - our main office in Fort, Mumbai (headed by Adv. Avinash Gokhale) and our branch office in Jogeshwari (headed by Adv. Shruti Gokhale).
Our Fort office specializes in litigation matters, while our Jogeshwari office handles non-litigation work including Intellectual Property services, making legal services accessible to clients from both central Mumbai and the suburbs.

History & Background
Our Journey
In 2017, Avinash started Gokhale and Associates with his wife Mrs. Shruti Gokhale. The firm expanded its practice to various areas of law in Civil Litigation including Insurance Matters, Rent Act Matters, Money Recovery Matters, matters under the Consumer Protection Act, Cheque Bouncing Cases, Family matters including Divorce, Family settlements, and Trademark/Copyright matters.
Mr. Avinash Gokhale started his individual practice in December 2012, after taking over around 2000 matters from his mentor Mr. M.B. Kotak. Many of his cases before the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay have been reported in the Accident Claims Journal, and he became one of the youngest editors of the journal from Maharashtra.
