Professional Journey

Avinash began his individual practice in December 2012, taking over around 2000 matters from his mentor. He has since appeared before the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay and has been reported in the Accident Claims Journal.

He also had the privilege of becoming one of the youngest editors of the Accident Claims Journal from Maharashtra. His passion for law and belief in social justice has led him to play a crucial role in filing and fighting various PILs (Public Interest Litigations).

Professional Journey

Shruti worked with law firms specializing in Intellectual Law Practice, gaining expertise in trademark registration and prosecution processes before the Trademark Registry.

From December 2012, she started working with Mr. Avinash Gokhale, handling MACT matters including sections 140 and 166 applications, First Appeals, Second Appeals, and Writ Petitions.

In 2017, with the formation of Gokhale and Associates, she ventured into Intellectual Property laws, starting with Trademark filings and prosecutions. In 2021, she established the Branch Office at Jogeshwari, where she heads the non-litigation practice.
